I’m a dad of 2 who has been in the fitness industry since 2013. I started in this gym when it very first opened before going away to run my own gym. I specialise in fat loss and helping my clients to overcome their scale mindset and nutrition habits to create healthier lifestyles for themselves and their families.

 

I’m a qualified and insured nutritionist, which has helped me to help my clients to overcome their nutrition hurdles which is what most find frustrating to do and stick to. 

 

Without nutrition, you never get the fat loss / health results you really want - no matter how much training you do.

As a dad who’s busy, I get life is tough and you don’t need another diet, another meal plan or detox. You likely just need some proper guidance as we look to re build new habits and create a routine you enjoy, but can also stick to long term.
