Before I began my fitness journey, I lacked confidence in not only my body but also my choices. That all changed when I decided to better myself by pursuing fitness. Over the course of five years, I began CrossFit and developed a passion for Olympic weightlifting and functional training. I’ve gone through the Army selection process twice, and over the years, setting challenges and becoming physically stronger has given me the body confidence and mental resilience that I previously lacked. Since then, I believe that you should constantly challenge yourself to be a better, stronger you – and this is something I hope to share with you.
