Hi, I’m Daisy, one of the Personal Trainers at Bath Victoria Park. I’m here to help you reach your goals, whether that be developing confidence in the gym, building muscle or weight loss - I’m here to guide and support you along your health and fitness journey.
My approach to coaching will take into consideration your lifestyle and we will find a good balance to fit all aspects of this.
Our sessions together will be individually tailored to your needs and I can also provide you with a training programme as well as offering nutritional support. My aim is to help you to develop a genuine passion for training and a more healthy lifestyle.
