London Waterloo gym reviews

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Temperature Overall I like the gym but the Temperature in the gym is very cold yes I'm aware of glass windows but if it's difficult to adjust Thermostat on air con why not turn it off ? It's a waste of Energy I've been using this gym for 12 plus yrs and this is the coldest I've known it it really does need to be sorted long time till spring

Rated 5 out of 5 by from great gym friendly staff. Only suggestion would be to somehow make the functional area bigger as always popular

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Friendly, great atmosphere, great equipment I’ve been using this gym for 2 years now as it’s close to my work. Staff are really friendly, has a great selection of weights and machines, and doesn’t feel too packed even at peak times! Also the music always puts me in gym mode so 5* for the DJ

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Gym hours and weekends I’ve been a member of this gym for years, and pre covid it opened on the weekend. I understand the temporary adjustment during the height of the pandemic but as other puregym’s have gone back to normal I don’t understand why Waterloo doesn’t open on the weekends and why it shuts by 2200 on Fridays yet is 24 hours Tuesday- Thursday

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Weekend opening times Before the pandemic the gym was open 24/7 and the opening hours were reduced including closing the gym at the weekends. The hours have remained unchanged for at least 18 months. Other gyms are open at the weekend so it doesn’t make sense why the Waterloo one isn’t open at the weekend. The members are paying the same price for restricted opening hours which doesn’t seem fair. There are also a lot of gym members who live in the area and are forced to attend another gym at the weekends because of this. It would be great if the gym can open at weekends. It doesn’t need manned staff.
