Our gym in Borehamwood has a huge free weights area containing everything you need to build strength and size: free weights up to 50kg, multiple squat racks and Smith machines, an adjustable power station, bench and chest presses, and a huge range of fixed resistance and cable pulley machines. We also have plenty of cardio equipment to choose from, so you can run, row, step, or cycle away.
