Wilson Cabral

l've got decades of experience training, and this primarily comes from high-level sports, such as football, where I played semi-professionally in Portugal. I have been a PT since 2017 and gained experience from working with athletes from different ages, backgrounds, and sports to working with people just recovering from an injury as I am a therapy assistant. In addition, I coached Taekwondo for 4 years. 

Therefore, strength and conditioning is my niche. The best thing about S&C is that it's NOT ONLY for athletes. It’s for EVERYONE!
