WILL COLEMAN

I’ve always enjoyed sport and being active whether it was playing rugby as a kid, mountain biking or training in the gym. I’ve found that exercise has been one of the biggest things I could do to help me overcome my difficulties with my mental health and it plays a huge role in my life. I paired this with my interest in human anatomy and went to college to become a personal trainer.

Having struggled with my own mental health in the past, I know how difficult it can be to get motivated and get into the gym. But I also know that having an effective routine and someone to support you with it can be powerful tools to improve mental health. If this sounds like you, I can help you identify targets to aim for, and walk with you on your journey to a happier, healthier, more confident you.

Whether you are an experienced gym user looking to improve your performance, a returner looking to regain the fitness levels you once had, or a complete beginner not knowing where to start, I can help you by developing a highly personalised programme that takes into consideration your own aims and the challenges you face. We are not all the same, and a ‘one size fits all’ philosophy will not work for all of us. You are unique, and deserve a programme tailored to your unique needs. I am here to help you with that.
