Tom Kent

I haven’t always been into fitness, in fact quite the opposite.


I was always reluctant to take part in P.E in school and I have never really taken much interest to sports.
I started going to the gym when I was 21, however soon lost interest, as I never had any structure or understanding of what I was doing inside or outside of the gym to obtain results.


Fast forward to the end of the first lockdown in 2020, I was in the worst shape I had ever been in - this was the catalyst for me to get into shape and it soon became a passion that I had to pursue.


I am eager to help people navigate their way to being in a better shape, so that they can also reap the mental and physical benefits of exercise and better nutrition.
