My passion for sport and fitness began at a young age. But I was a big kid in school and didn’t really see it going too far apart from having a good laugh with my mates.

That was until June 2020 when I was at my heaviest at 110kg and I said enough was enough and went on my first 5k run in a long time to see where my fitness was at. I did the 5k in 40 minutes. Now, nearly 4 years I have lost 30kg and have done 3 marathons with a personal best of 3 hours 26 minutes and my 5k PB is now 18:56.

With the help of my own fitness journey, I will give you the tools and ability to build your confidence on the gym floor and together we can get you started on your fitness journey. Whether that would be weight loss, building muscle or helping on your running journey.
