I understand that your health is a long term process and not a quick fix.

My own fitness journey started at the age of 8 as a gymnast, training up to 15 hours a week. I learnt the mindset needed to push my limits & also endured the pain of never being able to live up to the beauty standards within the industry. My passions have since evolved into weight training and the world of triathlon. However, I still remember the first time I entered a gym and how overwhelming it can be. Gym anxiety is a common feeling which I want to help others overcome, because the gym can be friendly, workouts should be fun and you can also make incredible friends!
