As a child I used to play football, but from the age 15 I started to practice strength training.

I have been working in the field of fitness for 12 years during that time I have gained a lot of experience in how to get to know my body adjust training and the right food to achieve my own goals by gaining muscles and losing body fat and improving body condition, I decide to improve my experience and became a qualified level 3 Personal Trainer. My passion has become my work.
