Whilst growing up I have taken part in many different sports from football to dancing to ice skating before I got heavily involved with British Show jumping. I then travelled all over the country competing and winning in national competitions.

I specialise in training females who are predominantly looking to lose weight and tone up, especially around losing body fat around the mid section, legs and arms.

Having gone through this journey myself over the years when trying to get fit for anything from show jumping to my bikini bod, I feel I've now got the perfect formula to help women like myself who have previously struggled to lose weight, or lose weight and keep it off!

No crazy diet or magic potion, just balance & consistency.
