Hey, I'm Shannon and I am one of the Personal Trainers here at Pure Gym Newtownabbey.

If you are looking to make a change to your lifestyle or if you are a complete beginner and new to the gym, then I am here to support and guide you through it all.

Whether that goal is building confidence, improving fitness, building muscle or losing weight, I will create a plan around your specific needs and lifestyle.

I have always been highly motivated by fitness, with a background that includes both Irish dancing and gymnastics. I have been training in the gym for over 10 years and I love participating in group classes too.
