I’m Sam, I’m 31, and a dad that works full time. I know just how hard a balancing act that all can be, especially when health and fitness is also thrown into the mix.

With half a decade of experience coaching online and in person, I’ve helped 100s of men and women in their 30s achieve the healthiest bodies they’ve ever had without having to spend hours at the gym or in the kitchen counting every - single - calorie.

I do not have the time in my week to train every day, to workout how many calories I need, to plan ludicrously complex meals that my daughter definitely wouldn’t eat, and I don’t expect that for the people I work with.
