Throughout my life, health and fitness have been very important to me. Coming from a family who have struggled with their weight, I have always been determined to make sure I stay in shape and keep as active as I possibly can. Growing up, I understood the impact health and fitness could have on people both physically and emotionally and I strive to create a positive atmosphere where my clients look forward to training with me which in turn will help them achieve their goals.
My sessions will be personalised to suit the needs and desires of my clients and I aim to make sessions a balance of hard work, dedication and a lot of fun. My background in the fitness industry started in college as I completed my HNC in Fitness, Health and Exercise achieving my REPs Level 2 before going to study at university.
After my university studies, I decided it was time to return back to my passion of fitness and complete my REPs Level 3 in Personal Training. I have also played football all my life which has allowed me to maintain high fitness levels throughout my life and understand what it takes to perform to the best of your ability at every chance you get.
With my knowledge of the fitness industry and nutrition, I will help change your lifestyle and create a plan based on your needs that will help you achieve your fitness goals. Whether your goals are weight loss, muscle gain, general fitness or general technique correction and confidence in the gym, we will work together to achieve them!
