I have worked in the fitness industry for quite some time, expanding my knowledge and experience over the years working with clients of all ages and those with different abilities and needs. Taking the time to listen to your needs and concerns are very important to me to help you on your journey , be this weight loss or toning , conditioning and strength, or just getting back into a fitness plan. I plan sessions to be just as enjoyable as they are hard .
