Hi everyone!

I believe fitness can be enjoyed by everyone and brings many benefits not only aesthetics-wise but also social, psychological, physiological benefits let alone becoming more illness-resistant.

As a result, in the fall of 2022, I decided I wanted to help people achieve their goals: this is why I chose to pursue my passions and became a certified Fitness Instructor/Personal Trainer in September 2023 because I want to make a difference to help change the lives of others and I love helping people find the training style that is best suited for them and help them achieve their goals.

I am a firm believer that in order to learn anything the principle of the 3 M’s must be applied: Motivation, Mindset and Methods. Whichever area you feel weak on, I am here to help you.

I train for functionality whilst keeping it fun – with a focus on bodyweight training a.k.a calisthenics, resistance training, endurance training, cardiovascular training and high intensity training.
