Ricki has a wide range of experience in the fitness industry, as he's been instructing and training clients over eight years.

Ricki started his training career as a Physical Training Instructor in the British Army, training soldiers. After completing his Diploma in Personal Training and Sports Massage Therapy, Ricki has helped clients achieve goals varying from weight loss to specific fitness goals, rehabilitation to muscle building.

Having boxed and coached boxing in the Army, Ricki has great knowledge in this area and knows the best workouts to get maximum results with an enjoyable workout.
