A little about me before we move on to what you really want to know. I am a professional/semi-professional football player who has always had a huge passion and commitment to fitness. This is why I have taken my love for fitness over to personal training. I have learnt over many years that life is for living, not worrying about the diet you’re going to start on Monday, cutting things you love completely out and eventually seeing your fitness journey as a chore or punishment. This is where I can help.

My aim is to provide my clients with support, education, and confidence so that you can create good habits that you can continue for the rest of your life. Finally show you that training and nutrition can be simple, fun yet effective.
