Hi I’m Rachel! I started my fitness journey lacking confidence and knowledge within myself and my ability levels. I then started working with a personal trainer, at which point I developed my passion for fitness and broadened my knowledge of the industry to spark a deep passion to help and support others. I feel that through relatability and understanding for everyone’s different situations and circumstances, I can help improve their fitness levels and body confidence, improving overall wellbeing and quality of life. I specialise in helping individuals to build muscle and improve body composition, including starting people on their weight loss goals or helping them to overcome obstacles and plateaus in progress.
