Hey there, I'm Poppy, 

The age old saying: Feeling good on the outside starts with feeling good on the inside. I used to roll my eyes at sayings like that, and truly believed that once I had the “perfect body”, I’d have the perfect life. Older and wiser, I now understand the importance of strength, confidence and stamina in how I feel about my body. 

I began my fitness journey in my living room during lockdown. It was a major step in improving my confidence and mental health . Working out has been something incredibly important to me and has helped me feel empowered and comfortable in my own skin. 

Exercise is something we should enjoy not a chore.

Let’s work together to create confidence in the gym, feel stronger, happier and help rest our anxiety levels.

If I can help at least one person feel better if their own skin, help with gym anxiety or just lighten their day I will feel like it’s a session well spent!
