Well hello. My name is Peter. Yes, I’m a Personal Trainer. The question is…why? Well, it's really straight forward. I've always had a passion for sports and fitness. It was actually the only thing I ever wanted to do. As a job it's very rewarding and allows me to effect positive change in a person's lifestyle helping them work towards their individual goals. I enjoy educating clients on techniques and different training principles so they're able to give 100% effort knowing that they're taking the necessary action in order to produce exceptional results.

Furthermore, I have an educational background in sports science that I acquired from university. The course helped develop my knowledge of a variety of training styles such as SAQ and plyometric training. In addition I'm particularly interested in sports specific strength and conditioning working with athletes in order to improve their performance.
