Health and fitness is something that is hugely important to people’s lives but always make sure you are doing it for yourself. Take care of yourself and do things for you, this is something I closely live by.
With a strong interest anything health and fitness related, together with my background and experience in professional football, it seemed a natural step for me to pursue a career in something that helps people to achieve their goals. Since a young age I have had a strong passion for both football and health and fitness and one thing I have discovered during this time is how key it is to focus on not just your goals but mastering the techniques, as ultimately that leads to your goals.
Therefore, being motivated like I am, I decided to further my knowledge in both fields and alongside studying my psychology degree I decided to take up personal training courses as I know I am capable of difference to peoples lives.
