I have been a PT for a while now and one thing I have learnt is that your goal is not only my responsibility but my goal too.
I play a high standard of rugby which allows me to bring different methods and exercises to the table. I base my client's programmes around certain core values of training; hard, fun and life-lasting. In addition, I have a huge passion for training whether that is training myself or others. I feel when you train with me you are in a comfortable yet efficient environment.
