I am a Personal Trainer, Strength and Conditioning & Sports Performance Coach. Over the years I gained valuable experience in these disciplines & training modalities, from helping countless people achieve their weight loss, muscle growth and fitness needs including competitive distance running/ MMA, Boxing and Powerlifting, as well as my own achievements, winning gold inside the ring and cage, to finishing a half marathon.
