I’m Mona, founder of Move! With Mona – Personal Training & Coaching.

I’m a personal trainer & coach, and a Yoga & Pilates instructor.

Since 2006, I have been coaching individuals to make changes in their lives and reach their career and personal goals.

I have become passionate about fitness after my personal weight loss journey in 2020. I was obese and suffering from mental and physical issues. I managed to get rid of 40kg (88 pounds) (6.3 stone) in the process!

I totally relate with people who want to lose weight and the struggles that come with it in terms of eating behaviours and becoming more active.

Therefore, I am on a mission to get people fall in love with moving their bodies and fueling it with nutritious food!

I will make sure that:

1. Movement will become an enjoyable task that you look forward to, from the simplest walk to the heaviest deadlift!
2. You will be in control of your diet and eventually eat in balance without guilt.
