Michele Boon

since I started going to the gym, I have gained 30kg of healthy body-mass by making major strength gains. Last summer, I decided to go on a cut and have lost 11kg whilst still achieving strength gains and new PB's.

 

The gym has helped me find my passion for powerlifting. Not only has it made me the strongest I have ever been, it has also made me feel confident and empowered.
