Hello, I’m Mike and my personal training story started in 2016.

I was involved in an accident at work suffering a traumatic hand injury which resulted in the loss of 2 fingers and permanent damage to my hand. I was met with many challenges and was told by doctors that I would not be able to use my hand as I did before. This had an enormous impact on my life and drove me to prove them wrong!

Things changed for me when I decided to return to the gym 6 weeks after my accident. Through determination, research, trial, and error I taught myself to adapt to my new abilities and train just like before; only better, and this is I want to do for you! I want to show you that with enough determination and fight anything is possible.

Training helped me to become a more confident, healthier, happier version of myself. So, I decided to put in the work and become a qualified personal trainer and I am also an ambassador for a rehabilitation and prosthetics companies in the UK.

My goals as a personal trainer are to help you reach your personal targets regardless of ability, I want to help you prove to yourself that you can do this, you can become a fitter, healthier, stronger version of yourself. I have a background in rugby training, coaching, and boxing and I have knowledge of Amputee rehabilitation.

I have a previous background in playing and coaching rugby, boxing, and amputee rehabilitation and with the right mixture of diet, physical activity, and exercise I believe anyone can attain more than they imagined. 

My training plans are bespoke to you and are tailored to fit your lifestyle, fitness level and ability. I am always available to help and support you at every step.

So, whatever your goals are you can count on me to help you achieve them and jump over any barriers that might stand in your way.
