Matthew Duncan

After taking an interest in health and fitness during the covid 19 pandemic, I decided further my passion and pursue a career in fitness.

After studying at fife college for 2 years, I gained several qualifications such as my level 3 personal training, along with smaller certificates such as kettlebell classes,  indoor cycling, and disability inclusion training.

During my years studying, I experienced working with different types of clients, ranging from athletes, to older adult, to people who just enjoy being in a gym and keeping themself active.

Through my own experience with work, college, and my own training, I have a good working knowledge of nutrition, as well as exercise both in a gym environment and home based. I take pride in my work and do my very best to welcome every single person in to the gym and kick start their own fitness journey.

The hardest part is always the beginning, so feel free to come and have a chat and see what I can do for you!
