Makeda Hunte
Hi everyone, my name is Makeda, I’ve always been interested in fitness, I have extensive experience of being involved in Athletics, Dance and also have experience in Boxing.
I have a great passionate for attending the Gym and training people. I have trained multiple people to help them achieve their fitness goals; additionally I have assisted people to improve their confidence in the gym, mood and overall wellbeing.
I have also been able to help new Mums get back in shape, shed weight and tone up focusing on tummy building exercises, core workouts and focusing on functional fitness.
I have experience in making tailored fitness and meal plans that have helped customers to reach their specific goals. In doing so I have been able to deliver a high standard service, whilst also being able to create good relationships with clients, which has helped further to make the training sessions enjoyable, whilst also challenging.
I continuously work towards customers wants and needs, whilst ensuring long term progress, by helping to set specific goals, offering healthy eating alternatives where needed, and monitoring fitness progress.
