My name is Lukasz, I’m a Personal Trainer with 15 years of experience within the Fitness Industry. Throughout my journey I had to overcome many roadblocks and build habits which now I’ve successfully transferred and taught to many of my clients.
I believe that fitness starts with mindset and self-discipline as motivation will serve you only at the beginning.
I’ll teach you the right habits to keep going even when it gets taught. With the right approach and methods I’ll help you progress, reach new goals and push your limits safely - making sure you have time to recover and adjust.
I’ll help you not only improve your fitness but also your mobility, flexibility, strength and endurance. We won’t count calories but will count and celebrate your new PB and achievements.
