I started to get into fitness during secondary school. As I went
into my first year, I wasn't happy with myself, for my age I was
severely overweight. I took upon myself to become a
better me and I did lose a substantial amount of weight!
Seeing the transformation I had over a 18 month period, I just
fell in love with the gym.
