My name is Lisa and fitness genuinely saved my life! 

 

I found a love for fitness many years ago and loved the positive impact it had on both my physical and mental health. It became my goal to share this with as many people as possible, which led me to want to change careers over to fitness and personal training.  

 

On becoming pregnant in 2022, I remained focussed on fitness throughout and after training up until 5 days before giving birth, I thought it only right to to be pre/postnatal qualified too. 

 

I still have availability for 1-1 PT, hybrid and online coaching.
