Hi I’m Lewis, a fully qualified personal trainer with a huge passion for strength and conditioning. I love striving to become the strongest best version of myself I can be, and I’d love to help all of you achieve the same. Strength and Conditioning training really changed my life, made my day to day life much easier, boosted my confidence ten fold while also improving the way I looked at the same time.

My main goal as personal trainer is to help give everyone the confidence and knowledge to feel 100% comfortable in the gym and to know you're doing the right things to progress towards your goals whatever they may.
