I’m a Personal Trainer here at Pure Gym Exeter Fore Street.
I was not your typical active child that loves all sports and naturally transitions into wanting to be a PT. Like a lot of people, I didn’t feel comfortable or confident in those spaces growing up! This changed when I found a style of training that I enjoyed and started working out to feel good about myself instead of the opposite. For me, this was in the form of training for strength and muscular growth.
I really understand that starting a new habit of exercising in a totally new environment can be very daunting but it’s also very exciting! It can be as impactful as transforming your confidence and changing your outlook on everyday life.
I can offer you 1-1 sessions personalised training programming as well as nutritional and habit advice to further support your training. My focus with clients is to build sustainable habits that will help you to feel the happiest and healthiest for the longest!
