I started at the gym in 2018 when I was 20, I was overweight at the time and wasn’t happy with how I looked which I found was affecting me mentally and socially, so I felt like I needed to make a change.

When starting the gym, I didn’t really know what to do or where to begin, after time I began to find my feet and as things started to change it began to positively affect all different areas of my life.

I enjoy bringing a dynamic and personalised approach to training sessions with clients and love to inspire and educate using a combination of targeted workouts and tailored nutrition plans with the approach to create sustainable and long-lasting results.
