Hi my name is Kourosh,

I have worked as a personal trainer for 20 years plus.  Over the years, I have learned that every person is unique, what works for one does not necessarily work for another.  A fitness plan must be in harmony with a person’s goals, abilities and realities of their everyday life.  A thorough and realistic understanding of these elements, right from the beginning, is key to developing a plan that provides the appropriate level of structure, motivation, steady and sustainable progress that yields the highest results.  I have worked with a broad range of clients of all ages, needs, and lifestyles - including those training for sports, strength, muscle building, toning, weight management to GP and hospital referral.
