Determined to transform my life, I dove into rigorous training, shedding excess weight but falling into the pitfalls of overtraining and poor nutrition. The result was a shift from overweight to skinny, a phase that fuelled my determination to understand the science behind fitness. Over the course of my 11-year journey, I took charge of my health, delving into self-learning to craft a balanced workout regime and nutritional approach. Today, I stand strong and healthy, eager to share the invaluable lessons from my experience. My mission is to guide others in building sustainable, healthy habits and steering clear of the pitfalls I once encountered。
