Hi there, my name is Kenan.


I have been taking part in sport since I can remember - mainly football playing at a decent level. I have been personal training for the last 4/5 years and have been located at PureGym ever since it opened. Throughout my years of training, I have gone through multiple stages of dieting, with the goals of fat loss and muscle building; I would go through different phases using trial and error to see what works best for me. I had encountered many barriers during my football and training days, which made me question whether or not I would ever reach my goals. However, I focused on the goals that I had set and used that as my motivation to keep me on course. This alone allowed me to see that anything is possible through hard work and consistency.

Everyone is different. People respond differently to nutrition and training programmes, which is where I come in. Because of the first-hand the struggles of reaching my own goals, I will take my time to get to know you to build a programme that is consistent and realistic for you to stick to. My mission is to help individuals who struggle with their confidence, low self-esteem and lack of knowledge to find the right nutrition and training programme that fits with their lifestyle and can stick to long term.
