Hi, i'm Kal, I've become a personal trainer to help people feel as passionate and well developed in fitness as I am. in my late teens i used to be severely overweight and have seen myself change in ways I didn't think was possible, from my experience I know how the human body works and how to achieve your goals in the most efficient and fun way possible. 

i am really passionate towards my own and my clients fitness and wellbeing, i have gained a lot of experience and skill in many factors if fitness such as; strength and muscle gain, body conditioning, functional  skills, weight/fat loss, posture analysis, body structure and injury prevention to name a few and i love a challenge which makes me think outside the box which i find brings out my best work.

What I promise my clients is to re-develop yourselves to see a better you, more confident you and much healthier you. The results will come quicker than you think you just have to bring yourself and enjoy the journey
