I see fitness more as a lifestyle than a hobby and its solely down to making positive lifestyle changes that will benefit you in the long run. I want to build a better you through improving all aspects of your life whether that be improving physical performance, improving your social skills, improving psychological behaviours and overall being happy in your own skin. Fitness is a process and is something that you should enjoy and want to do. I will look to improve your outlook on life for the long term and for you to take what i teach you into your own life.
