Hi! I'm Jon and I specialise in weight loss, all-round weight training, body mobility, strength work and conditioning training. So whether you want to lose weight or bulk up for a holiday or event, or simply want to learn something new I can guarantee results!

About me: Having been a Personal Trainer for six years I can say that I've learned a lot and loved every minute in this industry. I've always enjoyed any kind of sport from traditional sports such as rugby and football to MMA, Thai boxing and rock climbing. This enjoyment led me into this career and hopefully, I can pass this enjoyment to you!
