John Price

I regularly weight train and have done since I was at school.

For around 12 years I ran multiple half marathons and marathons each year. I got my average mile time down to 6.42 per mile on the half marathon and my time for a marathon was 3hrs 32 mins.

 

I enjoy CrossFit, I have been incorporating functional fitness into my workouts more and more over the past couple of years.

 

My time as a driving instructor has taught me to be patient, empathetic and specific in my instructions. Helping people to develop their skills and fitness is something I am looking forwards to.
