I’ve been working in the fitness industry for the last 11 years. I have more than 10,000 in-person coaching sessions under my belt, and I’ve helped hundreds of people during my times in the industry.

The three areas I excel in are rehabilitation, athletic performance goals and lifestyle modification/body composition.

I have helped people from incredibly diverse backgrounds achieve their goals from Iron Man triathlons to full ACL rehabilitation through to achieving long-term sustainable fat loss.
