After years of being overweight and dissatisfied with my appearance I began attending gym classes and training independently. With minimal knowledge I questioned why my progression plateaued despite training excessively and attempting any fad diet. I approached a Personal Trainer and I was not disappointed. Not only did she demonstrate the significance of a balanced diet but pushed me beyond what I believed I was capable of in training.
With a growing passion for health and fitness and a desire to care for others I initiated my career pathway at University then achieved my Personal Training qualification.
I continue to challenge myself on a daily basis and recently won the IBFA toned female champion title. I am living proof that anything is possible if you put your mind to it!
