Having been involved in sports from a young age, I quickly came to realize how training at the gym can help with taking your game to the next level. I’ve followed in this vein by studying Strength & Conditioning at University, to understand the science & theory of training and its application to professional athletes. While this is all well and good for those who have an abundance of time & energy to dedicate to their craft, it requires a slightly different approach for us in our day-to-day lives to stay fit, healthy & injury-free.

This theory can be adapted into practical guidance for us everyday athletes. From helping us to avoid slips & falls, carrying our shopping from the car to the house in one trip, or beating your mates at the weekly game of squash. Training and the work we put in at the gym can be so beneficial to make sure we’re fit & healthy not only for ourselves but for our loved ones. It’s easy for everyone to sign up & go to the gym, but having a structure & focus is another story entirely.

This is where I come in. Using my knowledge & experience in the field of Strength & Conditioning in combination with what actually works for people in the real world, we can collaborate to come up with a plan that will suit your lifestyle & goals. Together we can build the strong foundations that will help you thrive in any environment.

For any more information please feel free to reach out. No goal too big, no adjustment too small. If you put in the work, I’ll take care of the details.
