James Wilson

My background is in football, having played and coached at an early age to an excellent standard. This has always given me an interest in the physical and mental side of fitness, having been through numerous grueling pre-season fitness routines. Due to injury I came away from playing football and enhanced my knowledge of fitness by becoming a Personal Trainer.

I have played numerous other sports including (but not limited to) basketball, boxing, rugby, tennis and athletics. As a result, I have developed a knowledge of the different types of fitness training required for these. I will use my experiences playing sport and extensive knowledge of exercising, both inside and outside of the gym environment, to help facilitate your health and fitness goals - whether that be weight loss, muscle gain, fitness development or sport-specific training.
