Hi my name is James,

In the past 5 years i have discovered a passion for my health and fitness, this has led me to pushing the boundaries of my capabilities within the fitness/Crossfit world.

I have continued to develop my knowledge and skills from Olympic lifts and functional training to now help others progress and reach their full potential.

As a personal trainer I aim to share my knowledge and skills set to tailor each session to my client's fitness goals to help them love their fitness journey as much as i have mine.

Working together I believe we can make fitness something you look forward to, not dread.
