I have been in the industry for five years, and I have worked with a wide range of people in that time, from people that want to lose weight and tone up to people that want to improve their strength and put on a bit of muscle.

My sessions blend callisthenics and plyometrics with core and stability training, guaranteed to improve your muscular endurance and core strength.
