Hi, my name is Harry,

I'm a Level 3 Qualified Personal Trainer. I specialise in strength and mass building, where I offer clients a highly effective and bespoke training program to ensure that they are on the right track to achieving their goals.

After spending some years in a gym environment, training myself and learning more about strength building strategies,
I soon realised this was something I’d like to pursue as a career.

With an offer of a variety of different services and packages, my aim is to allow clients to achieve the most out of their time spent training. It’s also important to me to promote a flexible, sustainable and healthy approach to fitness that is achievable for all.
